Margaret M. Croteau

Uxbridge- Margaret M. Croteau, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January, 10, 2024. Born on October 15, 1947, in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Margaret's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and friendship.
Margaret was the cherished daughter of the late Roger A. and Margaret M. (Mulligan) McNamara. She is survived by her children, Ellen Croteau and Steven Croteau, along with his wife Nicole. Margaret's legacy of love continues through her adored grandchildren, Belle and Elise, who brought immense joy and laughter into her life.
She was a beloved sister to Michael P. McNamara and his wife Diane, and John J. McNamara and his wife Sandra of Medway. Margaret was predeceased by her brother, Roger "Yogi" McNamara and his wife Theresa McNamara, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories.
Margaret's life was marked by her unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She was a kind and devoted friend, known for her thoughtful nature and her daily trips to Hannaford's, where she relished the opportunity to connect with friends and share in the camaraderie of her community.
Those who knew Margaret will remember her as a loving and kind soul, always ready with a thoughtful word or a helping hand. Her presence was a comfort to all, and her absence will be deeply felt by those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Margi had dear friendships with people in life and treasured all of the moments and memories you created with her. You know who you are.
A private graveside service will be held in St. Paul's Cemetery, Blackstone, MA.
