She entered the Air Force as a Registered Nurse which brought her to Dover, DE. She then met and married the love of her life, Charles "Rodney" Fox. After they were married she moved to Leipsic and spent her remaining years as a homemaker. Margie's nurturing spirit made her home a warm and welcoming place.
Margie was preceded in death by her husband Rodney Fox in 1997. She is survived by her son Charles and his wife Jennifer, her grandchildren: Jason, Cody,Justin, Alexia, Madelyn, Emily, a great-grandson Jaxon, as well as her sister and her husband Maureen and Gary Mitchell.
Margie's commitment to her community was evident through her active involvement at St. Polycarp Church and her tireless work with the Leipsic Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. Her interests extended to quieter pursuits as well; she found joy and relaxation in books, puzzles, and watching her squirrels in her yard.
A memorial service is to be held at the Leipsic Fire Hall on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11am.
