Margaret Mathis Obituary
Mathis, Margaret E. of Irondequoit, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Stella (Madeline) Thiem. Margaret is survived by her loving son, Christopher B. Mathis. Sister, Patricia Thiem, dear friend, Richard and Roseanne Lawrence, sister-in-law, Kimberly Mathis and numerous cousins and dear friends.
Margaret was born on June 18, 1949 in Rochester, NY. She graduated from Nazareth high school and then received her bachelors from Nazareth College. She worked for several companies as a bookkeeper in the Rochester area and in her free time, Margaret enjoyed the company of her dogs, especially Duke. Margaret always cherished the time she spent with her son, Chris and dear friends.
