Margaret Modrowski Obituary
June 19, 1933 - August 12, 2022
Margaret D. Modrowski, 89 years, of Lambertville, MI, passed away on Friday, August, 12, 2022, at Hickory Ridge under the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. The daughter of John and Bertha (Kuchinski) Barror she was born on June 19, 1933, in Toledo, OH.
Upon graduation from Woodward High School, Margaret worked at the former Willys Jeep, and held other various jobs, mostly in the hospitality industry, but her favorite job was being a mother and a homemaker.
Margaret was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed watching NASCAR, Detroit Red Wing hockey, Detroit Tiger baseball and Michigan Wolverine football. She was an avid reader and you could always find her doing a word search puzzle.
Margaret is survived by her loving children, Kathy (Mike) Jasinkowski, Edward Jr. (Linda), Dennis (Heather) and Douglas (Patty) Modrowski; grandchildren, Scott (Jen) Jasinkowski, Chris (Amanda) and Corey Modrowski, Renee (Steven) Weber, Rebecca (Chase) Maag, Matthew Modrowski, Emily and Patrick Modrowski; several step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jack (Karen) Barror. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Modrowski Sr.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August, 16, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI, where the funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Bedford Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A special thank you goes out to the staffs at Hampton Manor, and Hickory Ridge for their efforts in caring for Margaret. The family requests that you please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association, or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
