Margaret N. "Peg" Santore

Margaret N. "Peg" Santore, 72, of Glen Ellyn, passed away November 12, 2025. Beloved wife of John A. Santore; loving mother of Trishia Santore and Nadeen (Jason) Friend; proud grandmother of Michael (Jenna) Rogala, Katy (Geo) Alatorre, Carlee (Fiance Hunter) Rogala, Colleen (Mathias) Cyranek, Dominic, Vincent, and Stella Friend, and great-grandmother of Julia, John, Vera, and Nora; dear sister of the late James, the late John, William, Daniel, Timothy, Thomas, and Michael; fond aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Peg, as she was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and an unwavering faith in God. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her.
Besides spending time with her husband of 53 years, some of her greatest joy came from keeping a close relationship with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They created many memories while enjoying the holidays and countless family get togethers. You could always count on her for an over-the-top dessert! Peg will be remembered for her strong values, positive energy, and her deep-rooted faith.
