She was born on June 8, 1931 in Canonsburg, PA, the daughter of the late Harry and Gladys Wines.
Surviving are her four children: Debra L. (Donald) Bowsher of Tennessee, Kathleen A. Snarey of Tennessee, Kimberly A. Judah of Tennessee, and Edward D. Snarey of Canonsburg; her grandchildren: Shelley Black of North Carolina and Leah (Troy) Williamson of Tennessee; her great-grandchildren, McKenna and Marilyn; her sisters: Patricia Ross, Mary Bushmeyer, and Camille Nunamaker; and many nieces and nephews.
In 1949, she married Edward Snarey, who is deceased.
Margaret was an avid homemaker; a great cook; and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed activities with her sisters; additionally, she loved having company and welcomed everyone.
Per the family's wishes, a celebration of life will be held in a Victorian tea room in Cleveland, Tennessee.
