Margaret Williams

Margaret Lee Everson-Williams, age 71, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2026, in her hometown of Syracuse, New York, surrounded by her loving family.

Margaret was born to the late Jeff Everson Sr. and Margery Everson, both of whom preceded her in death. She lived a life rooted in love, strength, and devotion to her family and community. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those who knew her, and her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched. She is reunited in eternal rest with her beloved daughter, Felicia Givens; her brother, Jeff Everson Ill; and her life partner, John Huddleston.

Margaret leaves to cherish her memory her loving children: Henry Givens III, Tyrone Givens, Johnisha Huddleston, and James J. Williams Jr. She is also survived by her brother, George Everson; her sisters, Barber Brown, Dawn Everson, and Anita Everson; along with a host of grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends who will deeply miss her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love. Margaret will be remembered for her kind spirit, her resilience, and the love she poured into her family. She was a guiding light and a source of strength for many, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Going Home Services will be held on April 3, 2026, at Farone & Son Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse, New York. Calling hours will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed immediately by the funeral service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
