Marge Tomlin

Marjorie "Marge" Ann Tomlin, born March 23, 1943, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on December 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Marge eventually made her home in Albany, Oregon, where she built a full and meaningful life surrounded by family, friends, and community. She attended Bishop Guilfoyle High School and proudly graduated with the Class of 1961.

Alongside her husband, Larry, Marge was the co-owner of J & J Electric, a local lighting and home décor store that served the community for many years. Through her work and relationships, she touched countless lives with her kindness, warmth, and generosity.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Joseph Martin; her beloved husband, Larry; and her son, David.

She is lovingly survived by her son, Timothy; her grandchildren Angelia, Jennifer, Jillian, Jessica, and Joey; and her great-grandchildren Beckett, Freya, and Odin.

Marge was deeply loved by many and made a lasting impact on all who knew her. In her retirement she found joy in volunteering at SafeHaven. She had a special love for Christmas, especially collecting Santas, and found joy in gardening, caring for her dogs, bunnies, traveling, Paris, and, most of all, her friends and family.

Her warmth, spirit, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
