Margie Hamilton

Margie Hamilton, 87, of Lexington, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus Christ our Savior, surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at Baptist Health Lexington. Born April 29, 1938 in Irvine, KY to the late Willie Claud and Dovie Marcum Johnson. She was an office clerk at Fansteel and worked at Dillard's part time after retirement.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Susan) Hamilton of Lexington; two daughters, Kennetha (Steve) Keinath and Tamara (Tom) Smith; six grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Kenneth Eugene Hamilton; two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be held 12:30 pm Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Kerr Brothers- Harrodsburg Road. Visitation will be from 10:30-12:30 Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
