Margie L Killingsworth

Margie Lorene (Thompson) Killingsworth, age 87 of Afton, Oklahoma passed away from this life on November 3, 2025 in Fairland, Oklahoma. Margie was born on August 7, 1938 in Orr, Oklahoma to Susie Ellen (Locke) and John William Thompson. She married the love of her life, Orval Killingsworth in Archer City, TX on January 26, 1956 and they began their life journey together. Margie enjoyed reading a good novel, listening to country and gospel music and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Margie is survived by her daughters, Barbara Taylor (Tommie) of Afton, OK, and Angela Bird (Nelson) of Fairland, OK; grandchildren, Shane Parks, Willie Lewis, Jason Taylor, D.J. Killingsworth, Kevin Heflin, and Tambra Killingsworth; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Luella Pruitt of Lawton, OK; as well as numerous extended family.
Margie is preceded in passing by her husband, Orval; parents, John and Susie; two sons, David Killingsworth and Randy Killingsworth.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina.
Graveside services will follow at 2:00PM at Whitesboro Cemetery in Whitesboro, Oklahoma with Bro. Kenny Bryant officiating.
