I will never forget that she was actually the one who gave we a cook book when I first got married. I still have it and a love for cooking.
Love, Roxanne Strickland Haygood

Mary A Wilson

Margie was my mother's, Ida Margaret Richardson Wilson, best friend growing up in McComb. My 1st memory of Margie was when I came home from Jr. High School with a new boyfriend... Kenny Strickland. Mama, of course, was grilling him with questions! It did not take her long to find out that Kenny was Margie's nephew! Small world!
The last time I saw Margie was in McComb where she was taking care of my 2nd cousin, Faye Railsback. She cooked us a wonderful lunch and even made us a cake! My aunt, Joyce Richardson Young, was with me and we all enjoyed the visit.
She will be missed by all who knew her!
