Margo Ann Kenney, 83, beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, died peacefully in Louisville, Kentucky on July 10, 2025. A Louisville native, Margo was a graduate of Mercy Academy and retired administrative assistant at General Electric. An expert quilter and seamstress, her work was featured at state fairs and her masterpieces swaddled many of her newborn great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert P. Kenney Sr. and Mary Estelle Kenney (Kaufmann), and her older brother Edward Kenney, and her sister Ann Kenney. She is survived by her brothers Robert P. Kenney Jr. (Mary Jean), John Kenney (Lisetta), and her sister Mary Hall (Chester), eight nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.

Margo was very active in her church and possessed an unwavering faith in Christ. Her family takes comfort in the knowledge that her soul is now at rest with her creator.

Her funeral service will be held also along with her sister's Christine Kenney at 10:00am Thursday July 17, 2025 at Bosse Funeral Home, 1355 Ellison Avenue with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is from 3-7pm Wednesday July 16, 2025 at Bosse Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to read of the passing of Margo and her sister. I did not know her sister but if she was anything like Margo she was a very special and sweet individual. I knew Margo from coming to Dr. Murrow´s office because I worked for him for many years. She was always so friendly and I enjoyed talking to her so much! I will definitely keep all of their family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time!
