Laks, Marguerite M. (Schultz) "Peggy" of Orchard Park, NY, entered into eternal life on December 12th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on January 12th, 1938, in Buffalo, NY, Peggy lived a life rooted in faith, service, and love. Peggy is survived by her children, Michael (Christine) Laks, Jane (Rooney) Gleason, and Molly (Carl) Emerling, and their father Raymond E. Laks. Preceded by her sons, Randall J. and David J. Laks. Loving grandmother of Caitlin (Chuck) Bondanella, Elaina (Eric) Berst, David (Mitchell) Laks Robinson, Alex (Molly) Laks, Olivia Laks, and their mother Noreen Sherk; Raymond "Burke" and Elizabeth "Lily" Gleason; and Jane (Sam) Feldman, Max and Gretchen "Elizabeth" McGiveron, and their father Jeff McGiveron. Dearest great-grandmother of Aria and Ava Bondanella, Prudence Berst, and Bridget Feldman. The Family will receive friends on Monday, December 15th from 3pm to 7pm at the F.E. Brown Sons Funeral Home at 6575 East Quaker Street, AKA Route 20A, Orchard Park NY, 14127 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, December 16th at 11am in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave., Orchard Park NY 14127. Peggy was a great friend starting in Nativity School during 5th grade. We
moved to OP public for 6th grade and continued our friendship for years.
Her presence added fun and joy to any gathering.

I met Mrs. Laks (and one of her daughters) at the funeral home when Randy was there. She seemed like a truly kind woman. I am sorry for your loss. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
