Born on July 18, 1953, in Easley, South Carolina, Mari's life was a tapestry of vibrant experiences and enduring relationships that were built on her foundational qualities of love, kindness, and an adventurous spirit.
Mari's journey through life was marked by her deep and abiding love for her husband, Tony Johnson. Together, they navigated the world with joy and companionship, their bond strengthening with each passing year. Mari's presence was a source of comfort and inspiration, not only to Tony but to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Professionally, Mari was a visionary in the field of golf course development. Her passion for the game and her innovative approach to course design left an indelible mark on the industry.
