Mari B. Melehes, known affectionately as Mari to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at the age of 72, in Greenville, South Carolina. Born on July 18, 1953, in Easley, South Carolina, Mari's life was a tapestry of vibrant experiences and enduring relationships that were built on her foundational qualities of love, kindness, and an adventurous spirit.

Mari's journey through life was marked by her deep and abiding love for her husband, Tony Johnson. Together, they navigated the world with joy and companionship, their bond strengthening with each passing year.
