Maria raised and supported both of her sons as a single mother. She was a strong, vibrant woman who stood up for her beliefs. She was willing to help others in need and a cornerstone of the community. She was the owner and a public accountant at James Associates.
She is survived by her son, Terry James; grandchildren, Julian and Corey (Chasity) James; great-grandchildren, Eliana Marie James; nieces and nephews, Carlos Negron, Jr., Julia (Jacob) Martinez, Alexandra Negron, Julio (Yenny) Ventureira, Anthony Ventureira, and Desiree Ventureira, Angel (Shannon) Negron, and Ana (Bryant) Rivas. She is predeceased by her beloved son Jimmy James; grandson, Brandon James; sisters, Gloria Ventureira; brothers, Carlos, Robert, and Angel Negron.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday, January 30 from 5-7 PM at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mt. Holly. Funeral services will begin at 7 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made in Maria's memory to Corpus Christi Church, 11 South Sunset Rd., Willingboro, NJ 08046.

We are deeply sorry your family is experiencing the pain of a loss like this. Our heart goes out to each of you. Maria was a wonderful person and the greatest accountant ever. She was always happy and up beat. She will be truly missed.
