NAPP, Maria - of Fenton, passed away, Monday, September 22, 2025. Cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of your choice.
Maria was born in Hamtramck, the daughter of Esak and Julia (Kasutish) Konopka. She was a 1945 graduate of Hamtramck High School. She married Walter E. Napp in 1950 and he preceded her in death September 28, 2005. She had resided in Fenton for the past 3 years coming from St. Clair Shores. Maria had been employed by Hudson's (Macy's) for many years.
Surviving are: her daughters, Joyce (James) Michalak of Hartland and Debra Kay (Douglas) Gaberty of Gautier, MS.; daughter-in-law, Barbara Napp of Washington Twp.; and 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Esak and Julia Konopka; son, Russell Napp; and 9 siblings. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
