Marian Buhman Obituary
Marian Louise Buhman died Friday evening, November 1, 2024, at Grand Ji Vante Nursing Home in Ackley, Iowa, after a brief illness. She was 73 years old.
Marian was born January 19, 1951, the youngest daughter of John & Marcella Buhman of Reinbeck, Iowa. She graduated from Dike Community High School in 1969. She lived on the family farm helping her parents. Marian enjoyed bowling and worked at The Grundy County Memorial Hospital for several years. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Mary Buhman. She is survived by one sister, Margaret Long, of Flat Rock, North Carolina, and one brother, Pastor David (Becky) Buhman, of Ackley, Iowa. She is also survived by 5 nephews, 2 nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. and Services to be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Harvest Baptist Church in Ackley, Iowa, with burial in the Elmwood Cemetery at Dike, Iowa.
