Marian Kibort Obituary
Marian T. Kibort, 69, of Fitchburg, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Thursday, January 4, 2024
Born in Fitchburg on August 16, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Anthony D. Kibort Sr. and Irene (Basque) Kibort. Marian grew up in Fitchburg and graduated from St. Bernard’s High School in 1972.
Marian enjoyed spending time with family, going to the Fitchburg Senior Center—where she had many acquaintances and the Fitchburg Public Library. She also enjoyed spending time with her cat, Misty.
Marian is survived by her nieces and nephews, Lacey (Kibort) Zars and her husband Brian of Corpus Christi, TX, Jeremy Kibort of Leominster, Melissa (Kibort) Bois and her husband Leo of Panama City, FL, and Marc Kibort and his wife Shannon of Westminster; several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony D. Kibort Jr. and Robert A. Kibort.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Bernard's Cemetery, 96 Goodrich Street, Fitchburg, MA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fitchburg Senior Center, 14 Wallace Avenue, Fitchburg, MA 01420, or to the Fitchburg Public Library, 166 Boulder Drive, Suite 108, Fitchburg, MA 01420. Please reference in memory of Marian T. Kibort.
