Marianna Falco

Marianna Falco, 77, of Hazlet, passed away Wednesday, June 8th peacefully with her family.
Marianna was born in Newark, on April 1, 1945, daughter of the late Marianna and Francesco Falco.
Her family moved to Union Beach when Marianna was a child where she lived most of her life before moving to Hazlet thirteen years ago.
Marianna retired over fifteen years ago from her working career, finishing as a Data Management Specialist at MDS Pharma Services, Neptune New Jersey.
Marianna enjoyed her retirement with trips to Atlantic City which was one of her favorite things to do. She enjoyed just driving around and exploring. Loved nature outings, and holidays with family and loved ones.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Cooking and baking gave her joy. Seeing everyone smile brought her happiness. Food was love.
Marianna was a strong woman with a heart of gold. She put family first and would always be there for them as well as her friends.
She will be greatly missed and be remembered as a devoted and loving Mommy, Ma, Grammy, GiGi, Sister, Mimi, Aunt, and Friend.
Marianna is survived by her four children; sons; Walter (Sandra) Vashey, Michael (Janet) Vashey, David Vashey, and daughter, Lisa Vashey.
She also leaves behind her sister, Stephanie Moore and brothers Peter Falco, and Salvatore Falco.
Her ten grandchildren their Grammy, Rylee, Heather (Mike), Ashley (Michael), Amie, Nicole, Brittney, Bobby and Kim; along with seven great grandchildren their GiGi, Jacob, Lily, Michael Jr, Stella, Addison, Kirsten, and Tristan as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers; Vito Falco, Frank Falco and her sister, Rose Beamsderfer.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 13, 2022 at 2:00pm-6:00pm at Keyport Matawan Elks, 249 Broadway, Keyport NJ 07735. Monsignor John J. Carroll will be giving a service at 3:00pm.
