Marie Gordon, 77, of Glastonbury, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at home with her beloved husband of 53 years, George Gordon, at her side. She was born on September 13, 1948 in a forced labor camp to Rose and William Duda. She was able to come to America and become a citizen at 18 years old with the help of the Ukrainian Church, she was always had a strong feeling for Ukraine. Marie graduated from the University of Hartford, her and George were members of St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church in Glastonbury had a place in Charlestown, RI for about 27 years which she loved. She also loved all her pets very much. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 12 from 11am to 1pm in Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in St. John Ukrainian Cemetery in Glastonbury. The family would like to thank Vitas Home Care for all of their excellent help. For online condolences please visit www.mulryanfh.com
