Marilyn J. "Nama Krause" Helm

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Marilyn J. Helm "Nama" (nee Krause), age 92, of Wickliffe, on August 16, 2025.

Marilyn had a zest for life like no other. She was "the life of the party", loved her many family and friends, talking on the phone and polka dancing. For many years she worked as a volunteer at Lake West Hospital.

Marilyn was the beloved wife of the late Art Helm, Sr.; loving mother of Barb Monacelli (John) and Art Helm (Judy); devoted grandmother of Jonathan Monacelli (Jasmine), Cori McDaniel (Justin), Dylan Helm (Allie), Candace VanDyk (Ryan) and great grandmother of Milo, Quinn and Mia; dear sister of Barbara Oesterle and of the late Norman, Howard, Ronnie and Kenny Krause; dear "Best Ever" friend of Maureen Bresnan.

The family will receive friends at The Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, on Sunday, August 24th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 25th at St. Gabriel Church 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Concord Twp. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp. following mass.

In lieu of flowers, our wish is that everyone attend mass at St. Gabriel's to celebrate Marilyn and her love for church. Donations are welcomed to Cypress Hospice 2 Berea Commons Suite 1, Berea, OH 44017.
