Mario Alberto Cabello-Cuello of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at the age of 54. Mario was born in Mexico on December 15, 1968, the son of Juan Cabello and Porfiria Cuello Cabello.
Mario lived his life with enthusiasm, passion, and integrity. He loved sports, especially football, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He loved OU football as well, rarely missing a regular season Saturday game. He was also passionate about music. Mario was a DJ who loved spinning different music and experimenting with his turntables. Often getting "down like James Brown", Mario could truly bust a move - he loved to dance at any opportunity. He also loved lowriders and Homies collectible dolls, several of which were featured in his personal collection. More than anything in life, Mario loved his family and treasured the time he spent with the ones he loved. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather, a wonderful son and brother, and a loyal, trusted friend to many. Mario will be very dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory are four children, Mario Cabello II, Celeste Cabello, Jasmine Cabello, and Julia Cabello; his former wife and dear friend, Griselda Cabello; his granddaughter, Amelia Cabello; his mother, Porfiria Cuello Cabello; three brothers, sister, nephews and nieces, in addition to many other family members and friends.
