Mario grew up on the eastside of Detroit, attending St. David Catholic School, later moved to Warren and attended Cousino High School. Mario was a hardworking man who loved life and had a big personality. He was proud of his Sicilian heritage and deeply loved his family. His joy was spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mario was an avid golfer who enjoyed his time on the course (3 holes in one), along with sharing his love for music.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 54045 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Twp on Friday, August 16th at 10 am (visitation), followed by Mass at 11 am.
