Marion Russell Bice, 83, of Mannington, passed away on May 7, 2025. He was born on June 1, 1941, the son of Fred Bice and Gladys Stiles Bice. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Eleanor Shanholtz and Norma Vance.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte Russell Bice, whom he married June 11, 1963; daughters Tracy Dunlop (Don) of Adamsville, and Tammy Ashcraft (Rick) of Reedsville; grandchildren Katelin Kelley (Zach), Zach Dunlop, and Madison Ashcraft; great-grandson Judah Kelley; special niece Valerie Vance; and several nieces and nephews.
Marion worked for Pittsburgh Plate Glass, he worked for his dad at Bices Service Station, and worked at Martinka Mines. He belongs to Coons Run Church where he was a Deacon. Marion also belonged to the Masons. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cars, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Harmer Funeral Home on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 2:00PM-8:00PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00AM at Coons Run Baptist Church with Pastors Orville Wright and Sonny "Max" Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.

I sure did enjoy our times together with your smile and laughter.
Life can be hard on us all but I'll never forget our times together at Coons Run church. I pray we´ll meet again someday in Heaven. I´ll look for that smile
