Marion A. "Tony" Zawalski, 76, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, after a lengthy battle on September 12, 2023, in Avon, Oh. He was born July 2, 1947, in Hamtramck, MI to the late Alexander and Mary (nee Hycko) Zawalski. Tony worked for many years as a computer consultant. He was a longtime member of St. Colette's Catholic Church, enjoyed traveling, golfing, and of course his dog Bentley. Tony's greatest love was spending time with his cherished family and being outdoors. He was very involved with his children and never missed one of their sporting events.
Tony is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Patti (nee Predmesky), children Bill Zawalski, Joe Zawalski (Eileen), and Katie Zawalski, treasured grandchildren Billy (Shelby), Ashley, Megan, Matthew, Lila and Dylan, great grandchildren Peyton and Reagan, brother Karl Zawalski (Linda), and sister in law MaryAnn Zawalski. He is preceded in death by his brother Tom Zawalski.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023, at 10:00 am at St. Colette Catholic Church, 330 W. 130th St., Brunswick, OH 44212 with a visitation beginning at 9:15 am. Inurnment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark, OH
