Marisa Thomas Obituary
Age 36, of Mokena, passed away on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Risa is survived by her loving family, parents, Jackie (Robert) Lind, Ronald Thomas, grandmother, Irma Paul, siblings, Stacey (Milan) Valuch, Nicole (Brian) Becker, Brandon Thomas, Eric Thomas, Lindsay (Alex) Dreznes, Chelsea (Tim) Webb, Robert Thomas, Brett (Ashley) Thomas, nieces and nephews, Alyssa Ruggio, Taylor Valuch, Austin (Julia) Thomas, Brooke Becker, Hayley Becker, Cassidy Becker, Cole Thomas, Winnie Thomas and many other family members and close friends.
Risa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jack & Elaine Thomas, Arthur Hurley, Kevin Paul, niece, Nevaleane Webb and nephew Nolan Webb.
Risa greatly loved spending time with her many nieces and nephews and riding her bike along the lake front in Chicago. She was an avid Chicago sports fan, especially the Cubs, Blackhawks and Bears. Risa was a fantastic cook and was known for her "tasty treats", she would never let anyone leave hungry.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, December 26th, 2022 from 3:00 PM until a Time of Sharing at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private. For information, www.kurtzmemorialchapel.com or 815-806-2225.
