Marisol Rivera Wright, 54, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025, at her home, lovingly shared with her daughter. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, on September 20, 1970, Marisol moved to the United States in July of 1978, where she began her journey in New Jersey before eventually settling in Florida in the early 2000s.
Marisol was one of 13 siblings and was known as a vibrant force within her family. She is survived by her beloved daughter and son, as well as two cherished grandchildren who brought her immense joy.
Professionally, Marisol worked as a bilingual pharmacy representative-a role that reflected both her compassion for others and her deep connection to her roots. She was proud of her ability to communicate and connect with people from all walks of life.
Marisol was a woman of fire and fierce determination. Her strong will and spirited personality were matched by her generosity and unwavering support for those she loved. She told it like it was, never sugarcoating the truth, but always with the intent to uplift, inspire, and push others to be their best. Her words encouraged those around her to stand firm in their beliefs and never settle.
What made Marisol truly special was her acceptance and loyalty. She embraced people without judgment, standing firmly in their corner even when the world may not have. Her humor was unforgettable-sharp, punchy, and one of a kind. She had a way of lighting up a room with her stories and unforgettable one-liners.
On April 11, 2025, we take the time to cherish all the ups and downs, remembering the good moments and even the hard ones that shaped her legacy. Let us reflect on life and live in the moment-with courage, laughter, and a sense of fearlessness, just as Marisol always did.
She leaves behind a legacy of strength, love, and authenticity, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
