Marjorie V. Stevens

WALLINGFORD - Marjorie V. Stevens, 87, departed this life on April 6, 2023 at Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford. Marjorie was born in Waterbury, CT on October 19, 1935 to the late Walter and Mary (Downs) Pierson. She was employed by Sensor Switch in Wallingford as a supervisor for many years. She had a zeal in life speaking to others at Masonicare regarding Jehovah and the resurrection. She was a kind and caring person who was always there when someone needed a helping hand.
As a natural born caregiver, Marjorie would always be by her children's side when they were sick, putting her own needs aside for theirs. She loved to bowl in the local league three times a week and thoroughly enjoyed the time with her friends. Marjorie is survived by her daughter Cynthia Perkins, sons Salvatore (Jen) and Richard (Tracy) Vissicchio, daughter Marjorie (Walter) Makowski, and daughter Cheryl Vissicchio. Marjorie also leaves behind to cherish her memory 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and one brother Fred Pierson.
