Marjorie A. Trumble

Marjorie A. Trumble, age 77, life resident of Altmar and Williamstown, passed away peacefully on January 2nd, following a recent diagnosis of stage IV cancer after a long period of illness. Marge attended APW schools and went on to earn her GED. She was employed by Omega Wire for over 20 years. She was also a school bus driver for the APW School District until her retirement in 2011.
Marge was preceded in death by her father Harold Huntley, her mother Addie Snyder, and her granddaughter Jasmine Brooks. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, David A. Trumble Sr., who stood by her side throughout their life together.
Marge is lovingly remembered by her children whom she shared her life in varying ways. She was especially close in her final years with her son Jeff (Erika) Metott of Altmar and her daughter, Jennifer Trumble of South Carolina. She is also survived by her son David Trumble, Jr. of Williamstown and her other children, Leslie, Ricky, and Jeanette.
She leaves behind her brother Harold Huntley of Amboy, her sisters Sharon Kellogg of Williamstown, April (Michael) Metott of Arkansas, Mary Lou and Annie. She shared a close and loving bond with her two granddaughters Erica Nystrom and Alexis Metott. She was also blessed with many other grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marge is also survived by her niece Keitha Kellogg as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Marge will be remembered for her strength, her love for her family, and the care she showed to those around her. Her memory will live on through the many lives she touched.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
