Mark was born in Willows, CA, to Howard and Wanda Allard. He was the second of four children, Russell, Janet and Susan. Mark grew up in Foothill Farms and attended Foothill High School.
He was a lifelong entrepreneur, avid dancer, and a passionate car enthusiast. As the founder of Allard Limousine Company, Mark built a respected local business and many lasting friendships. He loved spontaneity, dancing, the redwoods, the ocean, whales, sunsets, and above all, people.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Allard; his sisters, Janet and Sue; his children, Rachel and Mark; and his grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on December 14, 2025, from 1:00–5:00 p.m. at the California Automobile Museum.
