Markie and I started out as family. His mother's cousin married my sister. So, whatever that makes us, that we were. However, we treated our relationship as more of an "uncle-nephew" type of thing. That was about 27 years ago or so.
About 10 years passed, my sister and Butch divorced, but Markie and I remained very close. So much so, that he moved in with me for over a year when I had taken over Missy's house.
I don't believe that I've ever been closer to another human besides maybe my mother.
I think I'm gonna need some help with this one...
I love you, Markie!! I hope I see you again, my friend!!
