In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Cindy Lowery and Kim Harris; and grandmother, Nancy Merryman. He is survived by his son, Dylan Wilson (Christian) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his daughters, Megan Hollan (Clayton) of Jackson, Kentucky, Kerry Hellard (Kody) of Danville, Kentucky, Brooklyn Hollan of Jackson, Kentucky, Kerri Chafin of Lexington, Kentucky, Madison Chafin of Lexington, Kentucky; his brother, Michael Hobbs; his sister, Tina McDowell; grandchildren, Everson, Kyleigh, Abigail, Noah, Madelynn, Kaia, Kade, Ryder, Paris and Zariah; his niece, Candice Johnson (Brian) of Lexington, Kentucky; and several more family and friends.
Mark was a former painter. His hobbies were riding his bike, working on his car, playing with his grandchildren and going to the lake. He will be deeply missed by his contagious smile and jokes he told.
A Memorial Gathering will be at from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Care Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 1304 Bryan Avenue, Lexington, Kentucky.

I remember how we would build forts by our grandparents house. Ride a mini bike and he would always take extra turns. He loved chasing me, my sister and his sister with Gardner snakes. Mark could be very carrying at times. He had a special laugh. Mark I love ya and I am so sorry what happened to you. I wish I could have helped you more.
