Mr. Cook was born on May 2, 1969 in Georgia. He was employed by Weaver Grading and Hauling.
Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 with Rev. Ronnie Puckett and Rev. Vance Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow at the Sugar Hill Cemetery located in Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
