Mark Dalbo Obituary
Born September 16, 1957, in Poughkeepsie, he was the son of Samuel A. and Frances M. Adams Dalbo. He was a 1975 graduate of F. D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park.
Mark attended Dutchess Community College and Marist College before working as a Land Surveyor with his brother, Michael Dalbo. He loved his profession immensely.
Mark appreciated the simple things, he enjoyed his life to the fullest and always put his family and friends before himself. He was a very kind and giving person and will be loved and missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Mr. Dalbo was a communicant of St. Peter's Parish, Hyde Park.
At the Marist College Chapel, he married the former Karen Dalrymple. Mrs. Dalbo survives at home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two brothers, Michael Dalbo and wife, Debbie, of Hyde Park, and Matthew Dalbo and wife, Darleen, of Highland; and sister Paula Wilcenski and husband, Leonard, of Danville, VA.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Aleta Dalrymple, of Hyde Park; brother-in-law, Reggie Dalrymple, of Hyde Park; sister-in -law, Debra Mallozzi and husband, Domenic, of Long Island; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law, Reginald Dalrymple, and brothers-in-law, Robert, Danny, and Jeffrey Dalrymple.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 PM, Sunday, November 6th, at Sweet's Funeral Home, Inc., Route 9, Hyde Park.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM, Monday, November 7th at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
In lieu of flowers, Mark's family respectfully requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. (www.stjude.org)

I´ll never forget the great and exciting times growing up with Mark on the baseball field and parties through out the years.
He was a great player and a friend I respected greatly.
Rest In Peace Mark. You will always be remembered with great memories!

We were so very fortunate to have Mark as our next year neighbor. He was a man with such a kind heart and soul. He was the president of our cooperative for 18 years. He always looked out for the entire community. He was a very unselfish man. We spent many hours talking about everything. I will miss seeing him riding his little tractor around. May his memory be a blessing to his loving wife Karen, to his entire family and to all his neighbors at Hidden Brook who will truly miss him.
