Mark Lloyd Ellis

Raised in Levelland by Jeff and Thelma Tucker. He attended School in Levelland and later graduated from Carlsbad New Mexico High School in 1974. Mark, worked at Triple C Concrete of Lubbock. He was a professional Truck Driver for various companies for over 40 years. He was a driving instructor for ATDS Truck Driving School in Lubbock, Tx. In his younger years, Mark ran track in high school breaking state records in the 660 in Levelland at 1.26.6 & the 880 in Carlsbad, N.M. at 1.47.7 some records are still unbroken. Mark enjoyed life especially water sking, Mortor –cross, race-cars, and fishing. His love of music included a wide collection of classic rock artist. Also known as the Hacky –Sack king in these parts. He still enjoyed talking on his CB radio with a handle of "Boom-man" while he may be 10-7 (signing off) he will always be 10-10 continuing to listen on the side. His contagious smile and laugh will be greatly missed.
