Mark Faiella Obituary
Obituary published on Legacy.com by Cartwright Funeral Home - Randolph on Dec. 7, 2025.
Mark A. Faiella, of Foxboro, formerly of Hyde Park, a cherished soul, passed away unexpectedly, on December 4, 2025, at the age of 65. He was born on August 27, 1960, to the late Antonio and Anna (Lacorazza) Faiella, and he carried the warmth of his family's love throughout his life. Mark was the beloved husband of the late Donna (Coote) Faiella, whose memory continued to light his path after her passing.
A loving father, Mark's legacy lives on through his daughters, Ashley Faiella and her wife Nicole Delekta of Halifax, and Courtney Faiella and her loving companion Liam Browne of Foxboro. He was a devoted brother to Melissa Viola and her husband Robert of E. Bridgewater, and he held close the memory of his late sister Paula Faiella. His role as an adored uncle to Victoria DiSangro, Samantha Viola, Caitrin Lonergan, and Ryan Lonergan, along with his soon-to-be granddaughter, was one he embraced with joy and pride. Mark's extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, as well as his favorite pal, "Chewy," will deeply miss his presence.
After graduating from Boston Technical High School, Mark embarked on a career in the transportation industry. For over two decades, he was a dedicated truck driver and a proud member of the Teamsters Local #25. His recent retirement was a testament to his hard work and commitment to his profession.
Mark's passions painted the story of a man who loved life and his city. A die-hard Boston Bruins fan, he found solace and excitement in cheering on all his Boston sports teams. His adventurous spirit led him to travel around the country, visiting various sports stadiums and soaking in the thrill of the games. Yet, it was the simple pleasure of spending time with his family and friends that truly filled his heart.
Those who knew Mark would describe him as loving, kind, and generous. He had a gift for making those around him feel valued and loved. His laughter and warm spirit were infectious, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
