It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Thomas Fater, who left us on June 23, 2025, in Trenton, Michigan. Born on September 1, 1986, Mark was a beloved son, brother, father, and uncle, whose vibrant spirit and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Mark was the cherished son of Catherine Fater and the late Gerald Fater, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving sister, Katie Spreeman, and his treasured son, Jayden Thomas Fater. Mark was also a devoted uncle to his three nieces and nephews-Emersyn, Rylan, and Lennyn-who brought him immense joy and laughter. He is remembered fondly by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.

A true lover of the outdoors, Mark had a childlike wonder that inspired those around him. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was racing RC cars or playing with his drone, where his passion and creativity shone through. His playful spirit and enthusiasm for adventure made him a beloved figure among friends and family alike.

Mark's warmth, kindness, and infectious laughter left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He had a unique ability to connect with people, making them feel valued and understood. His legacy of love and joy will continue to resonate in the lives he touched.

Mark Thomas Fater will forever remain in our hearts, a shining light whose memory will guide us through the days ahead. His love for life and those around him will never be forgotten. His cremation will take place at "The Witness Crematory" located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
