Mark Fromm, age 60, of Festus, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2024, at his home in Festus. He was born August 18, 1964, in St.Louis, the son of Patricia (née Huser) and Jack Fromm.
He is survived by his wife Martha (Penny) Fromm of Festus, Missouri; son Cory (Tori) McClanahan of Bloomsdale, Missouri; daughter Kadie (Josh) Lott of Festus, Missouri; grandchildren Lawson Lott, Ledger Lott, and Leddie Lott; sisters Cindy (Dennis) Schnable of Hillsboro, Missouri; Becky (Mike) James of Hillsboro, Missouri; brothers Jack (Pam) Fromm of Tennessee; and Mike Fromm of Hillsboro, Missouri. Preceded in death by sister in-laws Tuesday Ellis and Trish Fromm; brother in-law Rocky West; and mother in-law Louise Kowniak.
Throughout Mark's life, he was known to be a hard worker; with a big heart and fun personality! With his sense of humor and contagious laugh, he had a great ability to make others smile. Behind the concrete walls and silly boy grin, Mark was a simple man; humble and kind! He loved his family with all of his heart. Mark stepped into his role as stepfather when he took his "honners" hand in marriage; however he already formed an unbreakable bond, long before the wedding date. His family meant the world to him. Usually referring to himself as "partial" dad, there was nothing "partial" about the love and bond he created. After many years of love, support, and encouragement; he earned the title of PawPaw Mark. His grandkids loved spending time with him and will truly miss his presence; from the books he would read, to the babies he would buy, the games he would play, and jokes he would tell. Spoiling his family with his love, laughter and skittles will forever be missed.
A memorial service to celebrate and honor Mark Fromm's life will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Festus.
