William Durward Fields Jr., age 81, passed away on September 20, 2024, in Hillsboro, Missouri. He was born August 14, 1943, in Pine Bluff Arkansas. He was the son of William Fields Sr. and Mary Fields (nee) Appling). William was a Marine Corp veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator Mechanic for J H Berra Construction. William enjoyed helping friends. All he needed was, "a little bit of time and a kind word."


Survived by:

2 daughters- Tabitha (Doug) Goforth of Hillsboro, and Tara Fields of De Soto, Missouri.

Sister- Kaye Eineichner of Roseville, MI


6 Grandchildren- Justin (Ashley) Goforth, Austin (Gavyn) Goforth, Bobbie Michelle (Jordan) Collier, Jacob (Chloe) Boyer, Ryan (Karson) Fields, Dillon (Sonia) Fields

Great-grandchildren- Reagan, Blake, Conrad, Hazel, Braxton, Camden, Haylee, Hadley, Rosten, Cohen, Brayson, Brently
