LIBERTY TOWNSHIP - Mark E. Gill, 76, was found at his home, Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026.
Mark was born Aug. 17, 1949, in Greenville, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Lee and Mary Potase Gill, and came to the area in the early 1980's.
Mark was a 1968 graduate of Greenville High School and proudly served in the United States Navy from 1969 to 1973.
He enjoyed fishing, watching fireworks, collecting lighthouses, listening to Christmas music, eating donuts, and especially enjoyed a good cup of coffee. Most of all, he loved his family.
Mark is survived by his four sons, Joseph Gill, Michael Gill, Justin Gill and Eric Gill; his sister, Bonnie Koteskey; three brothers, Richard Gill, Larry (Sharon) Gill and Tim Gill; three grandsons, Eric, Braydon and Godric; and his granddaughter, Ellie Pringle.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his son, Cory.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of life service, at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Rd., Youngstown.
Mark will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
