Mark G. Glitch, Sr., 66, of Wooley Avenue, died Sunday, February 22, 2026, at his residence in New Castle. He was born on May 16, 1959, in New Castle, a son of the late Kenneth and Helen (Peters) Glitch. Mr. Glitch worked for PennDOT as a flagger. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and flying model airplanes.
He is survived by one son, Mark G. Glitch Jr., of New Castle, one grandson, Kenneth J. Glitch, four sisters, Cheryl Reid, Marcia Innocent, Mary Jo Leitera, and Germaine Smith, and his former spouse, Edna Fava.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and William Glitch, and one sister, Barbara Tervo.
Private services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
