Mark Randall Hankins

Mark Randall Hankins of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on November 6, 2023, at the age of 63. Mark was born in Lubbock, Texas, on September 26, 1960, to Norma Jean (Bates) Hankins and J.L. Hankins. He was raised in Olustee, Oklahoma, and moved to the Altus, Oklahoma area after he married his wife, Paula.
Mark was easygoing, straightforward, and always up for a good adventure. He loved rock and roll music, riding his motorcycle, and enjoyed working on and building just about anything. Being mechanically inclined from the time he was very young, he loved to tinker around with everything and enjoyed modifying and putting his personal touch on the things he rebuilt. Most of all, Mark was hardworking, willing to provide assistance to others when needed, and dedicated to his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Preceding him in death are his mother, Norma Hankins, and his son-in-law, Brian Zinn.
Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 34 years, Paula (Hensley) Hankins; four children, sons Mark Hankins II and his wife Akia, Rob Hankins and his wife Kristy, and Nicky Hankins and his wife Hannah, and daughter Tara Zinn; along with five grandchildren, Emily Hankins, Emma Hankins, Lucas Hankins, Declan Hankins, and Tatum Hankins. Mark is also survived by his sister, Brenda Watson, brothers Ronnie Hankins, and Bryan Hankins, his father, J.L. Hankins, and many more loved ones and friends.
