Mark Stephen Haydock, 60 of Danville, Indiana passed away unexpectedly Friday September 6, 2024. Mark was born in Liverpool, England on April 18, 1964 to parents Terry Haydock and Joan Hilton.
Mark left England in 1997 to further his career in North America. He retired from Siemens Automation in 2017 and started Haydock Consulting. During his career he proudly led projects with Ford, General Motors, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Spirit Aerosystems to name a few.
In his spare time he loved building technology. At any given time you could find him in his home workshop engaged in the next big project. He has built CNC machines, drones, 3D and laser printers and anything that sparked his interest. He would take a small idea and take it to the next level every time.
Mark is survived by his wife of 25 years Suzette Haydock, their son William Haydock, his mother Joan and stepfather Robert Hilton (Devon, England), stepdaughter Emma Nemith, father in law Fred Potter (Rockport, TX), mother in law Una Torrice (Howell, MI), brother and sister in law Jeff and Monet Potter (Waterford, MI), nephew Brent Potter (Chattanooga, TN) Mark is preceded in death by his father Terry Haydock.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, September, 18, 2024 from 3-6 p.m. at Helton & Harris Funeral Home, 4712 Pennsylvania St. Clayton, In 46118.
