Mark Hudson

Mark was born February 13, 1958 in Pontiac, MI. He was raised in Marquette, MI. where he spent most of his younger years fishing on and swimming in Lake Superior. As a young man he moved to Oklahoma where he had one son, Lucas Hudson. He later moved to Florida, where he lived the remainder of his life working in the electrical distributing field for Rexel, Hughes, and Graybar Electric Company, retiring in 2024. Mark enjoyed being outdoors golfing, hiking, camping and walking his two dogs Rio and Ivy. Mark loved life and was taken away from us way too soon.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Dorine Hudson and sister Janice Gilbertson. Also, preceded in death by his father and mother- in-law, Rev. Thomas and Virginia Conway who loved him dearly.
He leaves behind his wife, Venetia Conway, his son Lucas (Jill) Hudson of Ayden OK, brothers Michael Hudson, Eric (Trish) Hudson of New Port Richey, FL , one sister Cheri (Allen) Schiellerd of Hubbard Lake MI, brother in-law Randy Gilbertson of Marquette, MI and a very special niece, Sonya Gilbertson of Marquette, MI., and other nieces and nephews and cousins who he loved.
He will be entombed in Greenville NC at Pinewood Memorial Cemetary. A service is being planned in Greenville NC and will be posted at a later date. In lieu of flowers cards may be sent to Venetia Conway in care of Brownlie – Maxwell Funeral Home, 1010 Palmetto Ave., Melbourne, FL 32901
