Mark Anthony Larios

God welcomed Mark Anthony Larios into eternal life in Heaven on March 5, 2026, at the age of 67.

Mark was born on March 26, 1958, in Sacramento, CA, to Anthony F. and Shirley L. Larios. His father's career in the U.S. Air Force led the family to live in several states until 1968, when they settled in Oklahoma City, OK. He attended Western Heights High School and graduated in 1976. Mark attained a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant administration from Oklahoma State University. Later, he earned two master's degrees from DeVry University in business administration and human resources management.

Mark married Teresa Gwen Ritche on June 16, 1984, in Oklahoma City at St. James Catholic Church. They have three children, Anthony, Blake, and Danielle.

Mark's professional career began in 1981 in the hotel and restaurant industry in Oklahoma City and Fort Worth, TX. Beginning in 1991 and continuing through 2004, he worked as an Air Force Club Manager at Upper Heyford AFB, Oxfordshire, England; Moody AFB near Valdosta, Georgia; and Travis AFB, Fairfield, CA. In 2005, he and his family moved to Mustang, OK, where he served as a Human Resources Specialist with the Department of the Air Force at Tinker AFB, Midwest City, OK, until he retired in 2022.

Mark was a personable, outgoing person and made you feel welcome. A fond memory was his passion for playing high school football, and he was selected as All-State defensive nose guard in 1975. While at Oklahoma State, he played fullback on the football team in 1977 and 1978. He enjoyed golfing and travelling, especially family trips to Disney World.

Mark is survived by wife, Teresa, Mustang, OK; son, Anthony and wife Fashion, and son Jayden, Mustang, OK; daughter, Danielle and husband Alex Weeks, Yukon, OK; daughter-in-law, Stevi McKee and children, Ryder and Franki Larios, El Reno, OK; mother, Shirley, Stillwater, OK; brother, Kevin and wife Lisa, Stillwater, OK, and sons Lance, Highlands Ranch, CO, and William, Stillwater, OK.

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony F. Larios, and son, Blake.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21st at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1100 N. Sara Road, Mustang, OK 73064, with Rev. William Banowsky officiating. The interment will follow afterwards at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery located 0.5 mile west of the intersection of N. Council Road and 234th Street (Sorghum Mill Road), Oklahoma City, OK.
