Mark L. Leach, 72, of Berwick, died Friday, October 11, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born March 30, 1952 in Berwick, he was the son of the late Charles and Evelyn (Bower) Leach.
A graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1970, he went on to Penn State University, where he earned his degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. He was employed as Nuclear Plant Inspector at PPL.
Mr. Leach was a former member of First United Methodist Church, Berwick. He enjoyed traveling- both throughout the United States and Europe, and playing tennis.
Mark is survived by his wife of 36 years, the former Patricia Krasucki; three sons: James Morgan and his wife, Susan, of Berwick, Michael Morgan and his wife, Lina, of Williamsburg, VA, and David Morgan of Bloomsburg; six grandchildren: Amy Bandics and her significant other, Dallas Hooper, Madison Morgan, Ryleigh Morgan, Juliette Morgan, Desmond Morgan, and Asher Morgan; and his brother, Giles Leach and his partner, Richard Schmeer, of Hazleton.
At the request of the deceased, services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mark's memory to the American Red Cross.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mayo Funeral Home, Inc., Berwick.
