Mark Angus McLeod, 75, of Bearden, Oklahoma, passed away suddenly on August 9, 2025. Born on March 12, 1950, in Luling, Texas, Mark was one of seven children. He loved music in which he played lead guitar, sang and also owned a road band for many years. Mark had a heart for service. In 2004 he became an ordained evangelist where he spoke and had an online ministry. Of all things he had ever accomplished, he greatest love was Jesus and sharing the word, sending cd's of music and gospel all over the world. He never met a person he didn't share the love of Jesus with.

He is preceded in death by his parents, H.A. McLeod and Esther McLeod; his biological mother, Rosemary McLeod Parrish; six siblings, Jamil (Nip) Barker, Michael Barker, James Tracy Rogers, Byra Rogers Baccus, Nathan Timothy McLeod and Tamara Adele McLeod.

Survivors include his two children, Shane E. McLeod and wife Julie of Florida and Shawna L. McLeod Yates of Colorado; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by Brenda Young, the love of his life, and her three children, Shana Hale, Sharla Spencer and Shawn Hall and seven grandchildren he dearly loved.

Mark's legacy is one of love, compassion and unwavering faith. He touched many lives and his light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew him.
