Mark loved sports of all kinds. He was a fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Yankees, and Michigan Wolverines. He even coached his son's baseball team. Mark also enjoyed fishing and playing video games. He was a huge movie buff – especially of the Marvel movies.
Mark is preceded in death by both of his parents.
Mark is survived by his step-father, Gordon Peebles; step-mother, Kathy Minger; girlfriend, Noel Cantrell and her children, Trey, Kenzie, and Kayli; daughter, Marissa Atkinson; son, Jaycen J. Minger and his sisters, Jenasis and Josslyn; sister, Brooke Newport (Jason); niece Regann Bell; nephew, Branden Bilek; and many friends and extended relatives.
Graveside services for Mark will take place at Roselawn Cemetery on Monday, March 9, 2026 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com
