Mark Gabriel Peszynski passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Flowood, MS. He was 64 years old. The family will received friends and extended family for visitation from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. The Celebration of Life will follow at 4:00 p.m.

Mark was born on June 7, 1961, to Bruno Joseph Peszynski and Dorothy Nell Highers Peszynski in Detroit, MI. He was raised in Royal Oak, MI, but has lived in MS for 16 plus years. Mark served his country in the United States Navy and was a machinist for Rockett, Inc. He had a quiet nature and loved classic Rock ‘n’ Roll music. He enjoyed bowling, playing pool, and spending time with friends and family. Especially his grandchildren. He will truly be missed.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents; Bruno and Dot Peszynski; and his brother, Joseph Peszynski. He is survived by his daughters, Nicole Marie Stampley (Michael) of Pascagoula, MS, and Ashley Ann Flippen (James) of Pascagoula, MS; grandchildren, Nicholas Shane Vinzant, Ashton Gabriel Peszynski, and Harper Grace Durval; sisters, Pamela “Pam” Peszynski (his twin) of Royal Oak, MI, and Gail Willis (Patrick) of Waterford, MI; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
