Mark Pineau Obituary
AUBURN: Mark L. Pineau, 68, passed away on December 24, 2025, at UMASS Memorial Hospital – University Campus, after a sudden illness.
Mark is survived by his two sisters, Karen A. Pietras and her husband, Michael of Hudson, and Janice M. Pineau of Pennsylvania; and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased, this past March, by his beloved son, Isaac J. Pineau, who was the light of Mark's life.
Born in Waltham, Mark was the son of the late Anthony and Margaret (Orcutt) Pineau and was a proud graduate of Framingham North High School. He attended Franklin Institute of Boston for Automotive Maintenance. Mark dedicated many years, driving and repairing heavy construction equipment for Fafard Construction Company. In his free time, he enjoyed watching NASCAR races and was an avid fan of the New England Patriots. One of his proudest achievements was earning the rank of Eagle Scout, on January 11, 1974, with Troop 21 in Framingham.
Funeral services will be held privately. Memorial contributions in Mark’s memory may be to: American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
